Virtual Meditation: “Intent”

IMG_0421

Please join Jeff for a FREE Virtual Meditation and Discussion on “Intent” on Tuesday evening, January 23rd, 2018 at 7:00 PM PST/10:00 PM EST.

“In the universe there is an immeasurable, indescribable force which shamans call intent, and absolutely everything that exists in the entire cosmos is attached to intent by a connecting link”.  (Quote from “Power of Silence” by Carlos Castaneda)

We will discuss some ideas about the nature of “intent” and experience how the awareness field can be affected by this amazing force.

Also, there will be two meditation sessions with music played by Zazen.  The class will be participatory and experiential and geared toward supporting participants in feeling a more richly textured dimensionality.

Please join Jeff for a FREE Virtual Meditation and Discussion engineering a “Meditation Tune-Up” on Tuesday evening November 21st, 2017 at 7:00 PM PST, 10:00 PM EST.

Looks like it is time for our 30,000 mile meditation tuning.  We will be checking our level of kundalini flow and getting a feel for what is flowing through our minds 24 hours a day.  We will compare notes and come up with ways to tweak the various flows of awareness.  Also, all fluids will be topped off with an abundant supply of energy from our two meditation sessions to music by Zazen.

The class will be participatory and experiential and geared toward supporting participants in feeling a more richly textured dimensionality.

Meditation Related: Unyielding Drive For Discovering Deeper Knowledge

Sedona_IMG_0350_Small_093017

I have noticed that a peculiar segment of people, including myself, have a type of inner drive that can be quite painful and extremely frustrating but also potentially quite rewarding.  To be honest, I feel this population of people don’t have much of a choice in how they respond to their drive for a type of exotic knowledge,  apprehension of vast planes of luminous light and corresponding workable balance in their lives.

Somehow, they must go ever deeper in their meditations and pay more attention to such things as the hidden, which is behind the apparent appearances of life, in order to fulfill that higher passion, also in a balanced and fun way.
