Meditation: Martial Arts Is One Way To Move The Body And Gain Balance

Moving the body in some way, such as through martial arts, yoga, dancing and running can be very important in stabilizing and grounding ourselves after entries into higher awareness, where we can access much positive power, light and knowledge. Also in deep meditation, the currents of energy can run fast and deep so a strong body and mind is essential.
