Virtual Meditation: Overview of Knowledge Gained

IMG_0427

Please join Jeff for a FREE Virtual Meditation and Discussion on “Overview of Knowledge Gained” on Tuesday evening, October 23rd, 2018 at 7:00 PM PST/10:00 PM EST.

We will briefly re-visit some major concepts mentioned in these virtual classes over the last two years or so, such as being guided by the “intelligent light”, building up a momentum in our meditations, shifting the “assemblage point”, observations on the “flow of awareness”, “letting go into stillness”, “intent” and several other things.

We will quickly open up to our discussion period to express what we each might have noticed in regard to any of the above mentioned concepts or other experiences that have affected us in some way.

Also, there will be two meditation sessions with music played by Zazen.  The class will be participatory and experiential and geared toward supporting participants in feeling a more richly textured dimensionality.

Virtual Meditation: Layering of Perceptual Views

Please join Jeff for a FREE Virtual Meditation and Discussion on “Layering of Perceptual Views” on Tuesday evening, August 21st, 2018 at 7:00 PM PST/10:00 PM EST.

Our orientation to reality can change dramatically when it becomes obvious that the world is not anywhere nearly as solid as it seems.  Our perceptual vehicle is much more precise, full of clarity and fluid than imaginable and much can come of this progressive realization.  Please pay attention to the “energetic warping effect” in classes like this, as well as others in this network and other like-minded networks, as it becomes more noticeable that our perception is changing quickly and we thus can retain “snapshots” of perceptual discoveries or views that can be utilized in other settings or situations.

Also, there will be two meditation sessions with music played by Zazen.  The class will be participatory and experiential and geared toward supporting participants in feeling a more richly textured dimensionality.

Virtual Meditation: Navigational Strategies

Please join Jeff for a FREE Virtual Meditation and Discussion on “Navigational Strategies” on Tuesday evening, July 24th, 2018 at 7:00 PM PST/10:00 PM EST.

We know from reading “Dune” that “… fear is the mind killer”.  Whether dealing with a persistent background type of fear, “petty tyrants”, “shifting” to newer selves, or noticing that you are feeling dimensionality as well as slowly dissolving into a higher light, there are fun strategies that can be utilized.  Our discussion period should reveal some of the unique approaches to various challenges that we each employ.

Also, there will be two meditation sessions with music played by Zazen.  These classes are participatory and experiential and geared toward feeling more of richly textured dimensionality.

Virtual Meditation: No World – No Mind

Please join Jeff for a FREE Virtual Meditation and Discussion on “No World – No Mind” on Tuesday evening, June 26th, 2018 at 7:00 PM PST/10:00 PM EST.

What happens to you and your goals when the “world goes away” and then comes back into a different type of focus?  As it becomes progressively more apparent that the world is more like an elaborate projection of some sort, as well as yourself, how are you (as a type of projection) dealing with the implications?  Hopefully, our discussion period will shed some light on this happy dilemma.

Also, there will be two meditation sessions with music played by Zazen.  These classes are participatory and experiential and geared toward feeling more of richly textured dimensionality.
